Garden Cottages

Residential living in one of the 56 Garden Cottages at RiverWoods means living independently while enjoying a lifestyle free from the worries and burdens of owning a home.

Each cottage is 1,000 square feet and features a comfortable living space complete with two bedrooms, one and a half baths, a full kitchen, living/dining room, and patio. The single-story cottages are arranged in clusters of four units per building.

When living in a Garden Cottage, there are no worries about mowing the lawn, taking out the trash, or shoveling the snow. Residents pay an entrance fee and a monthly service fee, which includes maintenance services. A variety of other services are offered at a nominal price. Garden Cottage residents can enjoy their independent lifestyle knowing that nursing care and catered living—should they need them—are nearby.
