RidgeCrest Court Apartments

The RidgeCrest Court Apartments offer a stunning view of the campus’ beautifully landscaped grounds, the Susquehanna River and surrounding hills and valleys. There are 64 apartments in the RidgeCrest Court & Commons which is a three-story complex . The apartments range in size from  700 to 1200 square feet. All apartments are fully equipped, and residents pay an entrance fee and a monthly service fee.

The RidgeCrest Court & Commons also houses many of the amenities. Residents living in the apartments can take advantage of these without ever having to go outside.

Services Included in the Monthly Fee

• $200 meal credit, per person, per month
• 24-hour campus security (optional personal alert system)
• 24-hour emergency care
• All utilities, except telephone
• Full-use of all on-campus amenities
• Indoor and outdoor maintenance and grounds keeping service
• Regularly scheduled transportation
• School and property taxes
• Water, sewer and trash disposal

• Wired for telephone and cable television, separate Internet connection (fee for internet connection)
