Skilled Nursing Care Center
RiverWoods Nursing Care Center provides outstanding resident-centered healthcare 24-hours a day. Our nursing staff consists of registered and licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants. Our support staff includes food service, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, social service, and chaplaincy service. Certified recreation assistants organize daily activities that include musical entertainment, lectures, discussions, sing-a-longs, parties, coffee fellowships, crafts, cooking, and exercise programs.
The Nursing Care Center is divided into five households which are each run by a Household Coordinator and an RN Supervisor. We offer a Short-Term Rehabilitation unit and a secure unit for dementia/ Alzheimer's residents. The staff on each household focuses on meeting the needs of each resident in an environment suitable to his/her care by listening to each individual’s needs and respecting their choices. We can provide all levels of care, from moderate to extensive.
Our households feature pleasant private and semi-private rooms, a comfortable living room, and our dining rooms offer flexible hours.
Our daily rate includes room, dining and nutrition services, routine nursing supplies, and nursing services. Laundry services and cable hook up are available for an additional fee.

The RiverWoods Nursing Care Center is conveniently located along Route 15 and River Road, just minutes from Evangelical Community Hospital, various medical offices and historic downtown Lewisburg. RiverWoods also offers an on-campus family health center directed by Douglas Spotts, MD.
