Our discharge planners offer assistance in transitioning a patient to his or her home or other care setting.

Our Short-Term Rehabilitation Unit is conveniently located along Route 15 and River Road, just minutes from Evangelical Community Hospital, various medical offices and historic downtown Lewisburg. RiverWoods also offers an on-campus family health center directed by Douglas Spotts, MD.
