RiverWoods Offers May Educational Incentives Program

Nursing continues to be one of the most in-demand professions today, with a great need existing for registered nurses. Since qualified nurses will always be an absolute necessity in healthcare, Albright Care Services is taking steps to ensure they can obtain the best candidates for RiverWoods Senior Living Community.
Albright Care Services is launching RiverWoods RN Educational Incentive Program during the month of May, which has a number of important offerings for area nurses.   Not only is Tuition Loan Assistance provided, but during the month of May, the initial 90 day waiting period will be waived.

Other incentives include an increase in the monthly loan assistance from $100 to $200 dollars, which will remain in place for the life of the employee’s eligibility under the Tuition Loan Assistance Program. After 12 months of employment under these terms, a $1,000 retention bonus is paid to the employee and after two full years of employment, another $1,000 retention bonus is paid. This is in addition to the $2,500 sign on bonus.

In order to be eligible for these incentives, you must be an RN applying to work in the Nursing Care Center at RiverWoods and must begin the application process during the month of May. RN’s must begin working at RiverWoods no later than July 6 and must work in a regular full-time or part-time position with a minimum of 32 hours weekly.
